etias-validator.com is an independent reference site covering ETIAS and the EU Entry/Exit System. It is not affiliated with the European Union or any government. Using the site means accepting these terms.

What the site is for

General reference. It is not legal or immigration advice and does not address your circumstances. See the disclaimer.

What we do not offer

We provide no application, submission, tracking or expediting service, take no payment, and act as agent for nobody. Any site claiming to offer those on our behalf is misrepresenting us.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the site unlawfully or to harm its availability.
  • Do not scrape it at a rate that degrades it for other readers. If you want the underlying data, write to us and ask.
  • Do not present material from this site as your own, or as coming from a government body.

Intellectual property

The text, structure and code of this site belong to its operator. You may quote reasonable extracts for reporting, study or comment with a link back. You may not republish pages wholesale.

Material quoted from EU institutions and other governments remains theirs and is reproduced for reference with its source cited.
