What we cannot help with
- Applying on your behalf. There is no application system open, and even when there is, it will run on the EU's own service and accept no intermediaries.
- Checking, tracking or chasing an application.
- Appealing a refusal. Appeals go to the country that took the decision, and the refusal notice will name it and give the deadline.
- Advice on your individual immigration circumstances. We publish general reference material and are not qualified to advise on your case.
- Recovering money paid to a third-party site. Our scams page sets out the steps that are likely to help, and your card issuer is the first of them.
What we would like to hear about
- A factual error. Tell us the page, the sentence, what it should say, and where you saw the correct version.
- A source that has changed, particularly on launch timing.
- A broken link or a page that will not load.
- Press and research enquiries.
How to reach us
Write to editor at etias-validator.com, replacing "at" with the usual symbol. The address is written that way to reduce automated collection.
We read everything and reply to what we can. A correction with a source attached will always get a faster response than one without, because we can act on it directly.
What happens to your message
Messages are used to answer you and to correct the site. They are not added to a mailing list, and they are not shared with anyone else. See the privacy policy.
There is no contact form on this page. A form would mean collecting your details through this site, and we would rather you send an email you control, from an address you chose, with a copy in your own sent items.
